Job requirements

Program Associate – Logistics and Procurement 

Grade Level: 3 

Anticipated Salary: $56,000 

Reporting Relationship: Reports to the Program Manager (PMP) 

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Program Associate to support procurement, logistics, and compliance for a donor-funded program. Reporting to the Program Manager, this role helps ensure services and materials are procured and delivered efficiently, on time, and in line with funder and organizational requirements. 

 

Key functions of this role will include support to procurement processes, vendor sourcing, and purchase documentation; logistics coordinator, inventory, and asset tracking. The Program Associate will maintain accurate procurement and compliance records;   Working closely with program, finance, and operations teams.  

 

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 2–4 years of procurement, logistics, or operations experience, strong organization, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
